You will be directed to a registration form where you need to select ?Tutor? on the top and provide your name, and email address. Then you will receive a link in your email to proceed for ?Onboarding as a Tutor?. During onboarding you need to specify classes you can teach, the boards/syllabi you cover, your mode of tutoring (Online/Offline), your experience, qualifications, and set your hourly rate.

But parent seldom agrees to pay in advance because of safety concern. In such situation, if both parent and the tutor agrees to go for advanced mode of payment, then that can be done through our platform of ?Excel with Tutors?. This mode is the advisable mode and takes care of the concern of both the tutor and parent for peace of mind. Parents give advance monthly Fee to EXCEL With Tutors, and the fee is transferred to the TUTOR ?s A/C at the end of the month (After getting satisfactory report from the parent), after deducting the facilitation charges of the company.

Both the modes have their own merits. We suggest ?Pay through Excel With Tutors? mode to be the preferred one because of Safety, clarity, accountability, convenience of payment option and less of botheration. Even more matured and financially prudent client prefer this. Moreover, the most professional and high performing tutors prefer to receive payment through this mode

Most of the tutors want Advance Payment. However, usually parents hesitate to pay in advance to the tutors as they are not certain about the continuity of the tutor. In this case the option of ?Pay through Excel With Tutors? takes care of the concerns of both the parties. In this case parent pays the advance money to Excel with Tutors, as per their calculation of number of classes falling in the next month. Once it is deposited, Tutor gets assurance of the payment and takes that many numbers of classes with peace of mind. At the end of every month, upon receiving satisfactory confirmation from the parent, the dues are transferred to the tutor?s bank A/C. In this case, a nominal 15% is deducted from the monthly payment as a mark-up towards (handling charges+ PG charge + tax load etc.). When a tutor decides to ACCEPT a lead (Tution Posting) suitable to him/her, then he need to pay the Lead access fee. Lead access fee is paid by debit of a certain number of SEEDs (RSEED) from the TUTOR?s SEED Bowl. RSEED is a dynamic number. Usually, its value ranges between zero to 50. Therefore, tutors must have the required number of SEEDS in his/her SEED Bowl to be able to Accept the lead (tuition posting).
