REFUND POLICY AND SEED USAGE

Welcome to Excelwithtutors.com (operated by INNOVEXCEL EDU SULUTION LLP., hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We strive to ensure that our customers have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding the return, replacement, and refund of purchased items.

At Excel with Tutors, we operate a transparent and fair transaction system using our internal points called SEEDS. In this platform we have a single product called SEEDs, which can be used to access a range of services. This document outlines our refund and SEED usage policy for all users, including tutors, parents, and students.

1. What are SEEDS?

• SEEDS are the internal points used on Excel with Tutors to access platform services such as access to tuition leads, downloads/purchases of digital content, and other paid features.
• SEEDS can be purchased in multiples of 25.
• All deductions from user accounts are done in terms of SEEDS.
• SEEDS once purchased are refundable, but only in lot.

2. SEED Expiry Policy

• SEEDS never expire for active users in their SEED BOWL.
• However, if a user does not log in or use the platform for more than 500 consecutive days, all remaining SEEDS in their account will automatically expire and be forfeited.
• Expired SEEDS cannot be reactivated.

3. SEED Usage and Non-Refundability

• SEEDS debited from user’s account for accessing leads or purchasing products/services are non-refundable, regardless of whether the lead results in engagement or not.
• However, in the case of a genuinely invalid lead (e.g., fake contact, unreachable number, non-existent student), users may report the issue. If validated by our team, the SEEDS used will be credited back to the user’s SEED bowl.

4. SEED Encashment Policy

• Tutors may request encashment of their purchased or earned SEEDS in multiples of 300 SEEDS only.
• Encashment requests are processed within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification and compliance checks.
• SEEDs Earned by sharing the digital content (after the platform charge deduction) can be used to get more Tuition leads or can be encashed in multiples of 300 SEEDs at a time.
• Partial encashments below 300 SEEDS are not allowed.

5. Fee Refunds to Parents

If a parent opts to pay the tutor’s monthly fee through Excel with Tutors, and the assigned faculty fails to complete all scheduled classes, the unutilized portion of the fee will be:

• Adjusted against the next month’s tuition fee, or
• Refunded to the parent, if requested.

All such cases are subject to verification by our support team, and the final decision will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Fraudulent Activity & Misuse

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse SEED credits and/or encashments if any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected. This includes but is not limited to:

• Misrepresentation of service completion,
• Manipulation of contact data,
• False claims of invalid leads.

7. Final Decision Clause

All refunds, adjustments, and SEED-related decisions are at the sole discretion of the Excel with Tutors support and operations team. Our goal is to ensure fairness and protect the interests of all platform users.
